MAVI DENIZ Environmental Protection Services Co. is committed to protecting and preserving aquatic ecosystems, seas, oceans, rivers, lakes, dams, lagoons, streams, and beaches worldwide through pollution control and oil spill recovery solutions.
Based in Istanbul, Turkey, MAVI DENIZ Corporation is a privately held company owned by its management company. In its early years, the company focused on shipbuilding and ship repair at the BASARAN Group shipyard in Pendik, Istanbul, Turkey. MAVI DENIZ is the world leader in the oil-recovery vessel-building market. At the shipyard, we also build cutter suction dredgers and multi-purpose dredgers for the dredging market worldwide.
Through this cooperation, the company gained valuable experience and a better understanding of the strengths and limitations of the existing oil recovery and response market.
