On 18th May 2020, Mavi Deniz got an order to provide oil fence booms to Indonesia.
The Mavi Deniz OILFENCE BOOM is a lightweight rapid response boom ideal for ports, harbors, inland, and coastal operations – where a quick
response is required.
MaviDeniz’s Oil Fence solid flotation booms offer economical, well-proven oil containment. Models range from sheltered/calm waters to low current conditions through the open water oil containment. Oil Fence Boom is manufactured in bright orange PVC-coated woven polyester.
The internal rods ensure the skirt remains upright in normal towing conditions. The highly flexible construction allows the OilFence Boom to follow the wave movements closely.
