Mavi Deniz Rubber Inflatable Oil Boom is designed for oil spill operations to use various sheltered water conditions to open ocean waves.
Rubber Air Boom is an air-inflated oil boom with all the benefits of conventional AirBoom plus increased UV resistance and excellent inflation characteristics. Rubber Inflatable Boom is a heavy-duty boom with oil, wear, seawater, and UV resistance.
The Rubber Inflatable Oil Boom is manufactured from vulcanized Neoprene or Hypalon with one or two plies of oil resistance and UV resistance to synthetic fabric. Rubber Inflatable Boom is designed with a high buoyancy robust structure, perfect wave riding, and stable deployment in sweeping oil operations and oil retention characteristics in all climatic conditions, including icy conditions.
Rubber Inflatable Boom’s segmented chamber design means damage to a single boom section will not result in the loss of boom integrity. The durable Neoprene material can quickly repair in the field should damage occur.
Single Point Rubber Inflatable Oil Boom
Each section has individual air chambers, and each chamber is connected to the common rail air filling system through a check valve. Chambers have a high-capacity valve mounted for deflation when recovering the boom. In the unlikely event that the single-point inflation system fails, this air valve offers a backup inflation solution similar to ordinary air-inflated oil booms.
