The flames, which grew rapidly, spread to the boat named Admiral Black next door.
During the incident; Within the scope of the Law No. 5312 on Emergency Intervention and Damage Compensation in Pollution of the Marine Environment by Oil and Other Harmful Substances in the Alanya region, our company Başaran Ship Repair Engineering Co. Ltd., which has an agreement with Alidaş Alanya Port Operations Maritime Tourism Trade and Industry Inc., has been authorized by the Alanya Port Authority to intervene in a possible pollution and has started preparations to lay the barrier with 6 Cleaning Personnel and 1 Emergency Response Coordinator and has laid a sea barrier at the mouth of the port with the Mooring Boat upon the instructions of the Alanya Port Authority.
With the end of the fire and the start of cooling operations, the sea barrier has been positioned on the shore to spread around the boats. During this time, a 24-meter oil absorbing sausage (barrier) was used to collect the oil-derived leak.
